Mr. Mitchell is an experienced educational and organizational leader with expertise in leadership, operations, facilities, and program development. He has helped launch and lead schools and organizations from concept through implementation, bringing a practical understanding of what it takes to build strong teams, effective systems, and sustainable operations.

His experience includes organizational development, professional development, facility planning and management, educational program development, and administration. As a licensed real estate professional in Georgia and Florida, he also brings valuable expertise to clients navigating property, facility, and real estate needs.

Dr. LaDessa Y. Mitchell

Co-Owner & Consultant

Dr. Mitchell is an experienced strategist and operations professional who helps businesses and organizations move from ideas to sustainable systems. With a background spanning business, nonprofit management, education, and organizational operations, she brings both strategic thinking and hands-on experience to FYG's work.

Her expertise includes business and nonprofit development, strategic planning, project management, organizational operations, grants management, marketing, and program development. She has supported organizations through start-up, growth, and change while helping leaders build the structure and strategy needed to move their vision forward.
